ABOUT MARIAL LEISGE

Marial Leisge’s extensive experience in marketing strategy and leadership was built upon decades of her own creative journey with photography, web design, content creation, and marketing consulting. From establishing her own Rhode Island-based marketing company, Visual Manor, to serving as the Marketing Director for RE/MAX, Marial has grown to become an extraordinary marketing leader across the real estate, construction, interior design and hospitality industries.

Passionate about building a strong team and culture within a business, she has the ability to cultivate environments where talent can thrive and ideas can blossom. Her goal has always been to balance brand consistency with new innovation, ideas, and growth. 

After becoming a mother in 2021, Marial started a new venture from the ground up called Ocean State Kids, a nonprofit organization focused on creating outdoor educational programs for young children in Rhode Island. It's mission is to create outdoor learning environments that nurture creativity, risk-taking, and our children’s connection to nature.

In 2023, Marial’s aggressive approach to marketing led her to bring the Fitzpatrick Team RE/MAX to over $88 million in sales. Whether it’s managing annual marketing budgets, leading social media strategies, leading sales teams, or fostering our youth’s relationship with mother earth, Marial’s admiration for strong brand building has allowed her to establish a reputable career and a sense of purpose in industries she is so passionate about.
