After graduating Eckerd College (2008) with a curated degree in Communications & Visual Art, Marial moved to New York City to pursue a creative career which lasted a solid six years [they say, 10 years make you a New Yorker.] Desperate for an upgrade in quality of life, Marial moved back to her hometown of Newport, Rhode Island and started Visual Manor; a marketing service offering creative content and social media management.

The internet is a noisy place. It's heavily saturated with content from all directions, and Visual Manor will facilitate being recognized. Visual Manor’s strategy is to cut through the noise and give clients, brands, and partnerships edge.

Marial Maher serves as the Marketing Director for the Fitzpatrick Team at RE/MAX. She also has her real estate license in both Rhode Island & Massachusetts. Within her first month of sales, Marial had her first million dollar listing in Newport, Rhode Island.

In Marial's free time, she continues to build her branding, marketing and photography portfolio. She enjoys gardening, running, skiing and spending time with her two labrador retrievers, Splinter and Shredder.

It all started as a committed internship at Ryan Designs, a wedding and event interior design company, where her internship became a full time job within a month. Ashley was quickly assigned the role of Lead Designer and Operations Manager. She also managed their social media channels and grew their following from 1500 to 5100 in 3 years.

After being at Ryan Designs for 8 years, 2020 was anticipated to be their biggest year yet, with an approximate 400 events. Thanks COVID. With cancellations and no new bookings, her team was laid off -- in hopes to return when things settle. Ashley on the other hand was incapable of settling, she was in need of growth and new challenges. In the summer of 2020, Ashley started an internship with the marketing department Fitzpatrick Team at RE/MAX, the #1 Team on Aquidneck Island.

After months with the team, she had proven herself to be accountable on tasks and was able to deliver content conducive to the team’s brand culture. The team’s head of marketing, Marial Maher, welcomed Ashley to Visual Manor, a boutique marketing agency in Rhode Island. Ashley’s role is to provide social media management for Visual Manor’s clientele. In Ashley’s free time she continues to grow her personal marketing venture, Golden Hour Management with content creation, photography and branding.

Originally from Exeter, RI- Georgia moved to Boston after high school to pursue a degree in graphic design. She graduated magna cum laude with her BFA from the New England School of Art & Design in 2014. After college, Georgia stayed in the city– living and working at a small marketing startup in the North End. Georgia still works at the same patient recruitment and marketing firm (now more than 4x the size of the original operation) and spends most of her free time building her freelance design business. Through her freelance work she collaborates with entrepreneurs, small business owners and non-profits to develop strong branding and collateral.

Georgia is a creative problem solver who loves incorporating hand-drawn elements into her designs. A lover of texture and color - her designs are special, striking, and crafted with purpose. When she’s not designing, Georgia enjoys exploring  walking trails with her dog Otto, traveling to new places, and cooking with her husband Zach.
